Services Provided

Rapid Lead Testing LLC provides lead paint inspection and testing services for residential and commercial properties in New York City. Our services include XRF testing, dust wipe sampling, and HPD violation clearance inspections. All services are performed by EPA-certified inspectors in compliance with NYC Local Laws 1, 31, and 111, using HUD Chapter 7 protocols.

Booking and Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled via our online form, phone, or email.
A confirmation will be sent upon booking.
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made.
We accept major credit cards, checks, and bank transfers.
Invoices will be provided for all services.

Service Guarantees

We provide 24-hour turnaround for all test results.
All inspections are performed according to EPA and NYC HPD guidelines.
Reports are provided in PDF format via email.

Limitation of Liability

Rapid Lead Testing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We do not guarantee specific outcomes regarding HPD violation clearance or compliance determinations, as these are subject to HPD review.
